Overall, this facility was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Late night parking can be tricky but the hotel was able to accommodate.

This is the perfect example of lipstick on a pig. This is a very old hotel that was recently renovated, and it’s easy to tell. The room was decently clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, we had several issues. Parking was free, yet extremely tight. There was trouble finding spaces each night. We stayed a total of four nights. The breakfast was downright awful. Just don’t. We stayed a total of four nights for our trip to Disneyland. On the fourth night, we got back around midnight just to find out that our air conditioner was not working. The front desk came and of course didn’t have a clue what was wrong with it. We had to move two doors down to another room in the middle of the night. Towels were worn and thin. There’s only one elevator, which can be very problematic when your room is on the other end of the property. Also, walkways and stairs were disgusting and desperately need pressure washed. It’s unfortunate, but a lesson learned. I would not recommend this place.

Great property. Short walk to Disneyland. Rooms are modern and clean. The only critique would be the size of the breakfast room. Decent selection of food just not enough seating and Laundry was not operating during our stay.

Love Staying Here!!! Don't Sleep on this Hotel!

I love booking this hotel since it's so close to the Anaheim Convention Center and Downtown Disney! In addition, the room is always super clean, staff is friendly, and the complimentary breakfast buffet always is a slam dunk. Keep it up Ramada!!! 10/10!

Front desk attendant at check in

The attendant at the front when we checked was not very helpful. Instead of answering questions in a professional and appropriate manner, he shouted “No” when questions were asked. Did not offer any details to his answers. Was abrupt and rude.

The room appeared acceptable cleanliness. White stain free sheets. The staff was very nice. Cleaning is not daily so for our 2 nights we had the same towels which was fine. We brought our own extra washcloths and toilet paper because it's annoying to have to pay (in tips) to get these items replenished. The AC was turned off when we arrived so the room was very hot all night because it took a while to cool down. The door did not close smoothly so it had to be slammed shut. But I might still stay again because it was walking distance to Disneyland parking lot. I would just ask for a room that isnt next to the hot and steamy laundry room in the corner. The breakfast was edible and appreciated. It was very helpful that they had a room with 2 bed plus bunk beds for my group of 6. I feel the price was reasonable as well.
