Exposed wires outside of our room, same trash left by trash cans for multiple days, room wasn’t ready even 45 minutes after check in time, breakfast area is smashed in to what used to be a room with very limited option, parking is extremely limited and tight. Jacuzzi was green. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated the entire time you showered. Metal bed frames around the bed so every time you moved you woke everyone up. The only thing good about this hotel was its location.

Hotel is decent and clean but walls are thin so you can hear everything from outside and rooms next to you and above you. Rooms on second and third floor maybe better as far as noise outside and third floor no one is above you. Didnt try breakfast which is supposed to be good.

Hotel was in beautiful condition with emmaculate bathrooms and nice mattresses. The breakfast was delicious and included waffles/pancakes, sausage, eggs, fruits, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, etc. there was limited space to eat in the breakfast area but we were always able to fíneme some-even as a party of 5.

Free parking

Called before booking to confirm walk-in shower for my family, confirmed per front desk which room had it and booked it. Upon checkin found it was not a walk in as needed, and was told none of the rooms had walk in showers. Talked to second front desk and they said they do actually have walk in showers but not the room we booked and they didn’t have any available for us to switch. Was very unhappy since we booked there for that main reason for my daughter’s vision impairment. Room was clean, shower pressures depended on time of day, parking was free.

It was a great place for my family of 4 (2 kids) to spend the night between 2 days at Disneyland. It felt a lot like a motel and the noise from Harbor Blvd was too loud but actually the night was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with the hot water - by the time 3 of us showered, there was no hot water for the 4th of us. Breakfast was ok, offered some variety for everyone and it was convenient that we had it. The free parking was a big plus and we saved money by parking at the property and the Toy Story parking is just 5-6 min walk from the hotel.
