Room was very clean (got a suite for a great price) and comfortable. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful, especially appreciated when checking in late after a long day at Disney. Parking was kind of high, but then I found out they allow you to park early the day of check in (could've taken ART and saved Disney parking cost). I will definitely stay here again.

I contacted Jared, the hotel manager, to request a date change for my reservation. He replied and advised me to rebook the correct dates, assuring me that the original booking would then be cancelled. I followed his instructions and made the new reservation, but after that, he stopped responding to my emails entirely. I’ve now been charged for two bookings, and despite repeated attempts, no one has resolved the issue. Extremely disappointing communication and customer service from this property. Book this property with caution.
