Cons-Bath faucet dripped all night, broken tiles in bathroom near toilet and had to cover with towel, so kids wouldn't scrape/cut their feet. Had to ask for additional towels when checked in and amenities/toiletries were empty ( Covid?) had to buy our own as it was late. No refilling of tissue and room coffee/tea and rooms not really housekept as only garbage thrown out and towels picked up (not sure if due to Covid?) Also, breakfast was limited and had same items everyday and many items were out and unavailable. Pros- close to Disneyland, hotel is quiet and in a good area. Rooms had nicely updated decor-modern, staff was pretty friendly and there was ample parking. Overall, not a bad stay since we were at amusement parks all day, but not a great one as well-just okay. I'd have to think whether I would stay there again to be honest.

When i arrived room was not ready. Atfer the put me in a room and no towels were available. They had to switch our room because the tv was not working. I got dressed and went to Disneyland and when i returned tried to rest but there was a woman being beat on next door. I called down to the office and they said they would take care of it. I called again and this went on for a hour or two. The noise was horrific. I had two 7 year olds and we could not sleep. I feared for my safety after i called the office and the called the room next door then called me right after. You could here everything. I decided that we could not stay there... my family and myself packed up our belongings and drove over fours back to vegas in the middle of the night. Before leaving the police had gotten involved and we spoke to the front desk and they stated that they would give me a refund. Travelocity failed me as a customer to their do diligence to refund my stay.

Check in was great. He was very friendly. TV had no reception and no soap in bathroom. Called the front desk and was told maintenance would b.e in the next day at 10 AM. They never came by the way. At check out I informed the desk person and she said maintenance had calls ahead of me and I cannot expect my problem to be fixed ahead of everybody else who has a problem. I understand this but her attitude was all wrong she was extremely rude! Breakfast at the facility is served until 8 AM my mom came down at 8:15 and was rudely told breakfast was only till eight by the same person who checked us out. She slammed the door on her face. When I asked her about this she denied it in front of my mom and yelled that my mom was wrong that she even offered a breakfast sandwich she did not such thing. Employees don’t want her name tags so I don’t know what her name is. But employees were so rude should not be at the front desk. I asked her name and she said if I had a problem to talk to her manager. This is not what I expected from a Holiday Inn

Property is not what is pictured in ad. Strange furnishings, almost bare. Property seems to need a lot of repairs. No one maintains the desk. You have to wait 5-10 min and finally someone shows up. Very poor property. Nothing like a Holiday Inn Express. We expect a reasonable amount of similarity between properties. Breakfast is only 6:30-8:00 am. We will be speaking with and submitting photos to IHG.

Dirty and disgusting with horrible management!

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is dirty and disgusting. Stains and spots all over the room, including the sheets. Mold blanketing the window, as well as the walls and shower of the bathroom. I had to change rooms 3 times, each one no better than the first! Previous customers dirty socks were left in the closet, with hair in the shower. Despite having photos of everything and explaining my disgust to Edith (the supervisor), she had the NERVE to argue with me as if I was wrong. Actually told me it’s probably not mold, but mildew. Are you serious? Your rooms aren’t clean! The customer is always right and the fact that management argued with me on the “type” of fungi in the room is appalling. I was only reimbursed for half of my stay, because apparently the rest needs to be done by the manager, John. By the way, I cannot get a hold of John. He’s been conveniently “out of town” since my stay, which also conveniently started the day I complained. I’ve called many times and left even more messages, yet I still haven’t been reimbursed! I will be contacting corporate, the BBB, and every social media site I can to make sure this place never gets service again!

Management is a joke

This place is a joke. They charged me even when I tried to cancel my booking within an hour of making the reservation. The manager was no help. Travelocity did try to help but they were not successful in doing so. All he said was i was told was I had to cancel my reservation within 24 hours. Like I said I tried canceling within one hour but was not allowed to and was told I would be charged full price for one day. The manager has yet to call me and explain. I will be calling them tomorrow. DO NOT STAY HERE! Trust

So so Hotel

We stayed for two nights. 4 people in a room. Both days we have to ask for the right number of towels . There was a tooth pick on the floor that was there on the first day and still there when we left. They did not give enough soap.

Weekend Getaway

Pros: Reception area
Cons: Bathroom light needs to be brighter
Location: Rock & Brew
This location was great for our weekend gateway. Near by the Rock & Brew in Buena Park. Room was excellent condition.
