The entire place was falling apart and was outdated. From the road it appears like a nice hotel, but once in your room, it’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I originally wanted to reserve for 2 nights, but the on-line reservation only reserved me for 1 night without explaining that the hotel was full for the 2nd night unless I upgraded the room. Air conditioner is noisy, but if you open the window there was a lot of parking lot noise as a convention was setting up overnight. Property is clean, workers friendly and helpful.

This hotel needs updating. The beds squeaked and the mattresses were lumpy. The bathroom light would not turn off. It took me three days to finally get someone to come up and take care of the issue and I think all they did was unscrew the lightbulb in the ceiling. I felt the breakfast buffet was far too expensive for what we got. I do like the fact that it was close enough to the convention center for My teenager to walk to the athletic events.

I like the location to the Disneyland shuttles but that was pretty much the only perk. We were in town for a family wedding so we rented several rooms. The standard rooms only has double size beds. We also had a suite with a pull out and we rented a rollaway. Both the pull out couch and rollaway were totally unacceptable. The kids couldn’t sleep with the bars and springs so they ended up sleeping on the floor. The rooms seemed to have been redone within the last few years but the bathrooms haven’t been touched since the hotel opened. Not one of our 10 rooms we rented had water pressure, toilet pressure or draining tubs. It was vert disappointing. The pool was a nice perk for the kids but there was no hot tube. We also left an item in the hotel room and we called on it and they told us it wasn’t there, so that’s upsetting because it didn’t just walk away. All and all, we were glad to check out.

The people at the front desk were rude and condescending.That was within the first 10 minutes of arriving at the hotel.However, the housekeeping staff was very nice and did a wonderful job.
