We needed one night stay before we head home. This hotel had great rating. Room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, better than other places we had stayed at.

Attention to detail

We did not receive any housekeep services or clean towels - they only do every third day. On the fourth day, we pointed out it had not happened and requested it. Still no service. The trash cans around the halls and outside were all overflowing. Bed was a bit saggy. Overall, the property was nice and well maintained, but they seemed understaffed.

We stayed here for a concert at the Honda Center, it was very convenient. I accidently booked a single queen bed, but there was three of us. The hotel was very accommodating and assisted me in fixing my mistake. The bed was comfortable and the pool area was very clean. If I was coming for an Angel's game or an event at the Honda Center, I would gladly stay again.

What an amazing value. The hotel is clean and well-maintained all across the board. We saw a show at the Grove of Anaheim, and we were able to save money, time, and aggravation by walking from the Ayres in Anaheim. It was about a ten minute walk. We love Ayres! Thank you for the great accommodations.
