It's an old building so the ceilings are low and the walls are thin. Great location to the park.

Great Location, Super Basic Stay The Anaheim Hotel’s biggest selling point is its unbeatable location—directly across the street from the Disneyland entrance. If proximity is your top priority, this place works. The grounds are nicely landscaped, the pool is large and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the fun mid-century modern touches, VERY comfortable beds, and secure parking. The property also felt safe. That said, the hotel is basic and clearly older. While it appears well-maintained, our room had an overwhelming chemical smell (likely from frequent carpet cleanings) that didn’t improve even with the window open all day. I do not think this is typical nor in all the rooms, but it was unpleasant. We were offered another room, which was appreciated, but wasn’t worth the fuss. The bathroom has very bright lighting with no nightlight option, and you may hear some hallway noise, but nothing major. If you’re in the parks all day you will appreciate the comfortable beds. If you’re aware that it’s basic and you just need a place to sleep between park days, this might suit your needs. The rates seem fair for what you get. Personally, I’d pay more to stay elsewhere next time, but the location truly can’t be beat.

The property was within walking distance to the main entrance of the park. An area of improvement was the sink did not drain properly. We were assigned a bottom floor and every morning the top floor woke up every morning at 5am, the reason I know this is because it sounded like they were stumping on the floor. Also, while I was checking out, the person who checked me out said, “I got you,” after I asked him a question.

You will have to pay for toothpaste, lotion, laundry detergent and most of the basic things. The room is outdated and plumbing doesn’t work. A short shower will not drain and you will be hearing draining noises for 10 minutes after.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Anaheim Hotel! It was very clean and I love the original Disneyland flare! The room was clean and had a lot of space for 4 people. The bathroom had 2 sinks and plenty of counter space. It was a short walk to and from Disneyland. The people that work there are very nice and helpful!

This is our go to hotel whenever we go to Disneyland. Less than a 10 min walk to Disneyland. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly.

This is more a motel vibe in my opinion. The rooms are very compact, and are definitely outdated. Our shower had a lot of green…I don’t know what it was exactly…but it looked like it had been there awhile. When I voiced my concern to the front, it was still there when we returned. We had a bag of clothes left in a laundry bag from the theme park that magically disappeared and “no one knew where it went” and we were offered no solution for this which was concerning in my opinion. There’s no microwave in the room, at least our double king, which made no sense since they have popcorn in the lobby? The food in the lobby was less than expected quality wise, however the pizza press was phenomenal. Literally at home now wishing I was still there for another pizza.

Mom and adult daughter Disney Trip

We stayed in a double king room. The beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The room was clean and cool. A short 5 minute walk to the park. The only thing I had a problem with was how to make the water in the shower hot. You shouldn’t have to be a rocket surgeon to make the shower hot. Other than that, great stay. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our time here. It is close to Disneyland and an easy walk. The property is adorable and the staff is great. The room looked fully remodeled and was very nice. The bathroom was VERY clean, but I will say needs to be remodeled or renovated like the rooms. Very landlord special… but again, it was really clean so I couldn’t complain too much; it’s just older. Other than that, I’d recommend it to anyone looking.
