Staff was friendly, I was checked in early which was nice but on the first floor, our windows backed up to the parking lot, and the in n out side door to the parking lot was right next to our room door. It was a nuisance, felt unsafe. I should have checked my location of the room when we got there and asked for a different room but we were in a hurry. I would have been better off waiting till normal check in time than to take that room. The front desk staff said they would not charge the parking fee. That’s really nice to try to accommodate something. Also, a staff member walked into our room the morning we checked in. It was an accident, but it set the mood for feeling unsafe. The next morning at 9am a man knocked on our door (not housekeeping) we said we were still here, then he started vacuuming outside our door. Room 116 is not the business.

We stayed at the hotel so that we could walk to Disneyland the next day, but upon check in they told us the parking was only good til noon. Seriously, for 35 dollars!! They told us we would have to have stopped our day at Disneyland come back check if the have parking available still and pay another 35 dollars!! Absolutely ridiculous. The parking should be available to us as long as as we wanted it to be there. I feel like when we booked it was deceptive saying we had in and out privileges. We will not be staying there again. Also, we could hear everything outside, and upstairs. Thin walls and windows.

Let's start with the pros, breakfast was excellent. Great variety and quality. Staff was very responsive when requests were made. Cons: Housekeeping only did a full cleaning every 4th day. (We were there for 3) While we were there only towels were replaced and garbage taken out. No cleaning or making of beds at all. Also, had to pay $31 a night for parking. We chose this hotel because it was withing walking distance so we wouldn't have to pay for parking.

Our room was great. We had a little dividing curtain that separated the beds from the rest of the space. And we actually saw the fireworks out of our window, the night before we went to Disneyland, so that was special for the kids. Breakfast was convenient, very busy, but happy it was included. We only booked one night, as we were staying close to DL so that we could enter early the next morning and had hoped to leave our car there on day 2, though we weren’t actually staying another night. the hotel was able to accommodate that for just the price of parking. Loved it!
