This has become our ‘home away from home’ when visiting Disneyland. The staff are truly exceptional - from the front desk to custodial to maintenance. Kind, helpful, responsive, quick to solve problems unrelated to the hotel. On our most recent visit, I became severely ill (needed emergency care) en route. I’m a single parent of two school age children and was overwhelmed, scared, and without any support or help with my boys. The staff immediately connected me with a concierge doctor who assessed and treated me in our room. I avoided a likely hospital stay because of this. And my children felt safe and secure. And by the third day, we made it to the parks and enjoyed our time. The in-room full kitchens mean not having to eat expensive, unhealthy restaurant and park food for every meal. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Mickey Mouse shaped waffle makers, many healthy and tasty options. Very very good. The pool deck is perfect for families to relax. Lots of outdoor furniture- couches, tables, reclining chairs. The spa/hot tub is very large - soaking pool size - and is cleaned every morning. Lots of huge umbrellas offering plenty of shade. The laundry facility is clean, accessible, and affordable. Highly recommend requesting the 6th floor for easy access to both pool and laundry. What else?! I could go on and on. I’ve traveled a great deal and stayed in everything from penthouses to literal roach motels. This one is goldielocks perfect - great value.

Stay was great. Hotel bar, grab-n-go store, and complimentary buffet were very convenient. Room was very spacious and room service was fast and excellent. Bed was too soft for our comfort and the pull out bed was really squeaky. We were ground floor and were not bothered by any noise. 10 min walk to Disneyland. Would stay again!
