Girl’s Weekend

I reserved a room for a girl’s trip to Disneyland. We only stayed one night and wished it had been a longer stay. I was able to do a pre-check-in and we even got to have breakfast before heading off to the “happiest place on earth.” The breakfast was included in the price and it was more than a continental breakfast. We were exhausted when got back to the Hyatt in the evening. We are all in our 50s so the room had to be comfortable. It did not disappoint. The room was spacious, the room temperature was perfect, the linens and pillows were fresh and very comfortable. There were even black-out blinds. The front desk staff were all very nice too. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Always a great stay

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. I only gave it four stars cause we were disappointed that the pool was not working, which is a huge benefit at this hotel. They did give us alternatives at other hotels, which was nice and we appreciate it. That said, I think it should be mandatory for hotels to disclose if their pool is out of commission and they should discount the rates.

Under refurbishment, rooms, hallways all smell of building works; back entrance, no real lobby, mediocre breakfast and no noise insulation in rooms. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the halls. Limited house keeping. I won’t consider this to be any better than a 2 star
