Location is great. About a ten minute walk to the parks. Property is not as clean as it could be. Lobby couches and rugs are dirty. Elevator areas are worn. Rooms are showing quite a few signs of wear as well. Cute and eclectic style but needs a bit more maintenance.

The room was really nice except for some maintenance issues in the bathroom. The shower nozzle broke while my son was in the shower and he couldn't get the water back on so he got shampoo in his eyes and had to wait a while for maintenance to come fix it. Other than that the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was super cute.

Sorry to have to complain. This isn't a great hotel. The first impression is bad due to all the rugs at the entrances and the gathering area being filthy. The furniture in the rooms is old, worn and outdated. I could go on about the hot water situation, the safety issue of the second tower not having a secure entrance and the overall smell. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

My tea kettle did not work. I was put in the very last room and I’m in a wheelchair, not accessible at all to the room without having to maneuver through dangerous terms open doors I twisted my ankle, trying to get their luggage cart over to the second building, which has no access from the main building.

Everything was great I would only leave 4 stars because I've stayed at hotels a block or two closer and it makes such a difference when you're leaving the park and just want to walk across the street to your hotel not blocks away. The pool was great and heated and the room was spacious and clean bed was comfy too! Like I said if it wasn't so far - really only 12 min- I would stay here again. The price makes up for the long walk
