This hotel never disappoints. I truly enjoy it, I have been booking here quite often. One thing that bothered, my room was fairly close to the ice machine, which is okay but when I was walking out of my room there was a man getting ice. I thought nothing of it, until he went outside as I’m walking to my car and he gets on his a bicycle and takes off. To me that is VERY unsafe. We let front office know and he said that he knew and they were workin on gettin that hotel key card swiper fixed but nothing they could do. Other than that. 10/10

Terrible service

The first day our car was almost towed. On the second night we were left without water and could shower. They accuse you of property damage in order not to give you full refund back. Will not be staying her again. The room itself was dirty shower curtain is disgusting and towels have stains on them.

Check in was quick and easy, only thing was the first night our room we got on the floor there was two little drops of blood (that’s what it looked like to us) next to the bed. Got put into another room but then in the middle of the night it sounded like someone was trying to open our door and was going around doing that to everyone else room. Overall it was okay, but don’t know if we’d stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was quite impressed with how big the rooms are and how big the hotel is in general. Clean rooms, great parking, and hugeeee shopping mall across the street. A perfect hotel, will stay again.

The key card was always malfunctioning and we had to had it re-programmed everyday. The back door was also open the whole time which anybody can just go in. Need to have it fixed. Also the hallway smells terrible, People smoking marijuana and smell goes inside our room.
