I travel frequently and am in and out of hotels and motels on a weekly basis . This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been . Now the room was clean , but that was it . There were several rooms rented out that was basically a hangout and party place . There were over 30 people hanging out side int en parking lot and their rooms partying . Loud music and drinking . Right outside my room, below my room and jsut all over ! And then some jerk started playing the trumpet at 2 am !!! I called the front desk several times but the didn’t care . I then called the cops and they said this is quite normal for this property . So if you want a sleep and quiet . DO NOT COME HERE . Then you get to wake up to damage to your vehicle and trash and beer cans everywhere

A really bad stay!!!!

Well the first room we had the TV didn't work, then we go to another room and the A/C didn't work it was blowing out warm air. I was so tired I asked the front desk if they had shampoo and conditioner so I could just take a shower and they don't have shampoo or conditioner what hotel doesn't have them! That is a standard to be able to take a shower in a room that you pay for. So it was late so we lay down to try to get some sleep in the room that had no A/C and the mattress in the room had been wore out so much there was a whole when you laid down. So I didn't get any rest or sleep I tell the front desk in the morning about all the stuff that happened and all she could say is I will let a manager know your issues. That's it!!!!

The experience was AWFUL. There was 6 roaches in our room and when brought up to management nothing was done and was completely disregarded of it.
