It was close to where we need to be. The toilet wasn’t clean. When we checked in the toilet has yellow stains (urine) on the seat, which meant it wasn’t cleaned from the previous occupant. The pillows were not quality. I had to use two on top of each other and they still flatten down after 30 minutes of using. This caused me to have neck and headache in the morning. Other than that the beds were clean, they just need to replace these old pillows.

Bad security

Kid walked in the hotel with his iPad while I were checking in. Turn around 3 minutes later the iPad gone. 3 minutes?? Someone might just stood there and waiting to steal things.

Location: The proximity to other dining, shopping if needed and the parks was a benefit.
Ahhhh, so so ate the words that cone to mind. Cleanliness of hotel was spotty at best. Areas of hotel were clean, other areas were obviously left unattended and not part of a cleaning program. Elevators and elevator landings left me wanting to wash my hands. Restaurant, breakfast buffet was great, my wife and daughter enjoyed it. I ordered corned beef hash 2 days in a row. Saturday the corned beef was excellent, full portion, and hot. The eggs I ordered scrambled and they arrived cooked to a level of beyond recognition. Sunday’s corned beef hash I received half the portion of the previous day, once again simple scrambled eggs destroyed ( someone had to work hard and concentrate in order to over cook eggs to this extreme). It was a nice surprise to find hash browns on my plate with this order.

Booked hotel for one night while away for Christmas. We checked in before midnight and kids were tired and wanted to go to bed. When we turned the water, there was no hot water!!!!!!!!!!!! Quickly we got ready with the cold water (outside temp was in the low 30 degrees) for bed. Next morning i turned the water on to discover no hot water again!! I called the front desk to complain. The lady said they will check and call back.. they never called back. Just as we were about to check out of our room at around 1130am maintenance knocked on the door and said they were sent to check out a water issue. I told him my family couldn't wait so we got ready using cold water and we are leaving to check out. He left and said he would be back after I check out.... At check out I told the manager what happened and he offered to waive my $15 parking fee. Thanks but no thanks!! Never staying here again!!!!
