The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, well designed, spacious, comfortable. My only complaint would be about the shuttle to the airport, the signage to its pick up location is incomplete and confusing, never did catch the shuttle and ended up calling on an Uber.

Need to have a bigger shuttle bus or run more than one on a day you have several people arriving. The driver was being pulled in several directions because several customers were calling the hotel after waiting more than 30 mins to be picked up. To much for one driver/shuttle.
