"Nice size room, decor a little outdated. We were on the road side so very noisy. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, basic & nothing more than standard. Sheraton Universal Hotel

5 out of 5

Travelocity Verified Review

"Great stay close to Universal Studios and Halloween Horror Nights. Walkable during the day and free shuttle available all day. Quick snack options at Starbucks and kiosk or full dining available at restaurant in the main lobby area. One thing we figured out is that there is a 20% automatic gratuity on deinksand food from the restaurant so be aware when tipping! Everyone from the Valet attendant to the desk staff were friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend and come back for our next visit."
