This one just for some reason doesn’t deliver on the Ritz brand. Very dated, just a very normal midline hotel with a high end price. I’d be sad if this was a personal trip and I paid that much.

For the price this hotel is “average” - there is not much help to get from the staff, and they are a little too laid back. The breakfast was decent, but rooms are quite basic.

I enjoyed this hotel and the wonderful amenities. The location is great and the customer service is superb. Visiting during the Christmas holidays is lovely as the hotel has a wonderful decor specific to the holidays.
