When we got to our room, there was hair all over the ground, desk and bed. There were pills of “Kratom” on the ground underneath the desk. We asked for a new room and we were told to wait at the bar while they prepared the room. The tables were disgusting like they hadn’t been cleaned for hours between customers. We didn’t even sit down because it was so dirty. When we were finally able to go back into our room after waiting 2 hours, the hairs and pills were still on the ground, nothing had been cleaned or inspected at all, even though they told us they did. This hotel was overpriced and dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying here with COVID-19 going on. We left and stayed at the Marriott a few blocks away. Only slightly more expensive but the hotel was amazing.

First, my upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy and woke me from a dead sleep three hours before I had enough sleep. They were literally jumpin up and down on the floor, chasing each other around the room, jumping from bed to bed. It was absolutley ridiculous and beyond rude. I called the front desk several times and the only solution they offered was to move my room. Why should I have to leave my room? I wasn't the one causing the issue!!!!! Those assholes should have had to pay for my room and been removed from the hotel. Secondly, my A/C unit was stuck on heat and I could not get it to switch to the cooler temperatures, which made sleeping very uncomfortable, so I had to sleep with the slider door open to try and get cool air. Being on the ground floor trying to sleep knowing that anyone could just walk into my room was not ok. I paid over $1000 for two rooms and I am very dissatisfied with the hotel. FAIL.

When we arrived the lady at the desk was nice but kept apologizing about their system being down and swiped my card twice I told her she had already charged me once because I get an alert on my phone and she said it wasn't going threw when I already had been charged. I was annoyed by then. She said her manager would fix it and that was it I didn't sign anything or didn't get a copy of anything, with that being said. The room was clean,the shower head wasn't the best, the faucet needs some fixing.

No Coffee shop, no vending machines! YOu need to bring your own food and drink! The hamburger is not worth it, very poor beef.
