Was not happy they charge for early check in. My son had to run upstairs to grab something I forgot and I was charged a $15 parking fee and I never leaves the card. When you call in for question the phone staff is very rude and not helpful. The place is very outdated but that was expected.

Nice room and bigger than I thought it would be. Comfortable bed but room very cool. Which we were told about. Enjoy our evening which was karaoke night. Our server was not the best kind of ignored us. We enjoyed our drinks and food. The location was great for our cruise.
