So dirty. The restroom was gross. Their was buildup in the shower. The curtain was dirty and the molding was also.

Liked the convenience to Port of Long Beach Did not like no room service available. Prices in the restaurant were absolutely ridiculous in Winston's. Our waiter was wonderful but didn't like the fact that he upsells everything to the point we couldn't eat anything. There was so much food, he didn't tell us that the portions were enough for 2 people so we had so much food that was wasted, couldn't take it back to the room, no refrigerator, no microwave. etc. Extremely overpriced. Would be nice to have a small selection of average priced entrees. Not happy that the sunday buffet ended at 2. Was hoping to enjoy that as our meal of the day.

Very interesting from a historical stand point. Would recommend the tour. The staff was extremely pleasant from valets to the front desk personnel as well as restaurant staff. However, was fortunate to have other guests during our stay that did not know how to act in a public setting, primarily in the evening settings when people were obviously sleeping, after 11pm. One night of kids yelling and screaming (playing) running up and down the hallways. Another night with room next door playing music and talking loudly as though they were at home until 3:30am.

We enjoyed the history of the boat. We were here to celebrate my wife's birthday and have a night away from our children. Our room was next door to a family with screaming children that did not stop until after 11:00 and began again early the next morning. This of course took away from our quite time and the trip was not as enjoyable as we thought it would be.

Staff was not friendly, especially check in clerk. Room was not the one I wanted to stay here for. If I knew I was getting this room, I would definitely stayed else where.

I woke up three times from my sleep late at night both nights of my stay to call the front desk and requested the heater to be turned on! Unfortunately we we’re freezing cold all night up until morning! The front desk lady had an attitude when I called in at 2am to adjust the heater! In my mind, Why are you mad? I paid money to stay here and it wasn’t worth it for that type of experience. What makes it worst the cleaning people were nicer than the front desk lobbyist. They forget who the guests/customer is and our business! I also selected the option to pay at the desk the day of check in and my account was charged the day prior to my stay! How is it that it’s giving me options and Queen’s Mary and they still charged my account! I was charged more than what’s on my bill. Someone needs to review my stay as my bill does not match the transaction about charged on my card. I wanted to stay here was for the experience before my actual cruise... I was not satisfied.
