Paid parking only, otherwise excellent hotel.

We were able to get right into our room even though check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 11am. We were planning on just parking and heading to Universal but it was nice to be able to get in and unpack before hand. A little shocked to have to pay $50 to park for 1 day when the room already cost over $200.

overall service and cleanliness was good

This was our second stay at the hotel and the overall service and cleanliness was good. The only drawback was that the shower gel was empty, but we didn't bother the staff because we brought our own. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family who are coming to Universal Studios.

We arrived at 10:30 am for a conference and they had our room ready. Amazing the whole stay was lovely. Staff go out of their way to help and a shout out to Daisaku at the consierge desk and Ryan the bellman. Couldn’t say more about the amazing service.
