My family and I booked two room at the Hilton during our trip to Universal. The hotel was conveniently located as a walkable place to stay from the park. We just didn’t know we’d have no hot water for a day, we wouldn’t be able to get into our room after getting new keys multiple times, the fridge freezes produce, the Starbucks icharges $15 for a breakfast sandwich that isn’t even their sandwich, and the room temperature couldn’t be changed from 66 degrees. Thankfully the hotel does communicate well with its guests and we’re able to let them know our issues and they did try and fix them.

Wonderful property. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Nice walk to Universal Studios. Don’t go to the shuttle spot…. Takes almost the same time to walk down to shuttle spot as it does to walk to the entrance of the park.

Stay is good if you want to be close to Universal Studios. We ended up going to Warner Brother studios and that was a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Ideal hotel if you want to visit either!!!

Sneaky pricing

Hotel is nice but the food is way over priced. And the amount of faxes is ridiculous. I was also charged for calling the front desk from the phone in the room. I will not stay here again.
