This hotel is overpriced, very dirty, and extremely noisy. There is no parking available, which makes it very inconvenient. Overall, it’s not worth the money and deserves zero stars.”

The staff were welcoming, but they have their work cut out for them. The hotel is rather old and worn, and it not in the nicest of neighborhoods. For a guy traveling alone, flying out of Burbank, it was OK for one night. I wish them well.

Horrible location. Horrible staff. Room was clean. This is a flop house. I was scared during the day. I can only imagine what it’s like at night. You have been warned!

The room was not how it was shown in the pictures. There were bugs in the tube when we got there. We had roaches coming in the room. Thank god we weren’t staying in the hotel room the entire time, just to sleep but even with that we weren’t too comfortable sleeping in there because of the conditions the room was in. Definitely not coming here again.

Place is clean and very close to the Burbank airport. However, very noisy, you can hear the street and any noise outside the room and from neighboring rooms. Area did not feel the most safe, though it did have a gated parking lot.

I BOOKED FOR 2 days but only could stay for one night because of how uncomfortable I felt. The area was TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE. It’s right next to the Projects. Signs that state, “PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK” The room smelled like smoke. The window frame was broken and would not close properly. The bathroom had stains all over and was not cleaned. I had to clean it myself & bought cleaning supplies because the tub and toilet we’re so dirty. Extremely loud at night. No respect what so ever in this area. I wish I could get my money back. Never coming here again.
