Stylish hotel in Beverly Hills

Pros: Clean, stylish.
Cons: Noisey if you get a room facing the road. Expensive to park.
Spent two nights with the family. Nice hotel in most respects but very expensive to eat or park your car.

Location: Went to see a Concert at Saban Theater that made my trip.
Staff was cordial, not overly friendly. Expected them to maybe recommend things to do. Felt like I was a bother asking questions.

Ok hotel

Stayed on a weekend. Hotel was old but not smelly. The view from my balcony was beautiful. Bed was vey comfortable, typical and expected of a Hilton. Two complaints: 1. Hotel let certain guests run their big bikes, which was very loud and disturbed my sleep since the hotel was a courtyard, so you can hear everything going on down in the front of the hotel. 2. Room was not very clean.

Very Friendly and Efficient Staff

Pros: The staff are exceptional
Location: The location is great if you want access to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, etc.
The best part of the Beverly HIlton was the staff. From valet parking, to registration and concierge service, to the gift shop, everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nice and our room was bright and clean. I do prefer hotels where the sink/vanity is separate from the bath/shower, but that wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

Generally excellent, but a couple of criticisms

Large, beautiful room with a view of patio and fountain with some hills in the distance Breakfast buffet comes with room and is super with lots of fresh fruit, made to order omelets, nice waffles, bacon, sausage assortments of breads, bagels, cheeses, sweet rolls. Coffee and juice served. Staff friendly and helpful. As a "regular' for several days, I got acquainted with a waitress, very attentive and friendly. Grab a pair of sunglasses, the morning paper and people watch to your hearts content. Gratuity included. Sunday brunch only $18 extra. Love the self park, integral to the building. Makes it easy to come and go without waiting for valet. Always easy to find a parking spot and an easy walk to your room. Parking is $40/day, but as LA parking goes, fairly reasonable. This location is super if you like to walk. A safe few blocks walk will get you to high end shopping of Saks, Nieman, and Rodeo Drive. My only complaints are a fairly high noise level in the fourth floor room that I occupied coming from building's heating cooling system. Some might like the "white noise" but I just turned the whole system off. The other complaint was a fairly poor TV channel selection-- hardly equivalent to "basic" cable. FOX News not on directory, have to call the desk. Reason??? It is Channel 50. Big flat screen swing arm TVs, but no Turner Classic Movies in a hotel with photos of iconic Hollywood stars everywhere? A 4 star hotel should do better.

I Love the Beverly Hilton!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Beverly Hilton and again they did not disappoint. The hotel is gorgeous! I love the décor. The staff from the front desk to the house keepers are all very friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. And I love the surfer movies they show by the pool every night.

Great time in Beverly Hills

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
Awesome location, walkable to Rodeo Drive and other areas around Beverly Hills. The only negative was the internet was not free, and I had to do quite a bit of work while I was there.

We loved it!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
This is by far one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room, the service, and the food were great. The location is excellent. You can easily take a bus to go to downtown, Hollywood, The Grove, and Santa Monica. Rodeo Drive is 10 minutes walking distance. The area is safe and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great cache, but no vibes.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: wi-fi and internet access was spotty.
Yes, this hotel is friendly, beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the pool is quite crowded with "cabana party guests", there was nothing "upbeat or toe tapping lively" about his music of the pool dj, and the restaurant is mediocre. On the positive side, the personal service provided by the waiters, maid, and valet parking attendants was the best part of the hotel. It's a beautiful hotel that needs an infusion of character.
