I dont kniw why this hotel isnt in the high 8's or 9! Location is 2nd to none right on the beach, can hear waves from room. Room was clean and taken care of during my stay. Front desk everyone was nice ,James was awesome and able to tell me key places for essentials like restaurants ,cvs, etc. Bikes to rent for cheap! Beautiful sunsets and restaurant/bar right on corner

I booked the ocean front view room with the large window on the side and the back of the room. They gave me room #4 instead without the large window like the one that’s pictured. When I brought the mistake to their attention the lady was extremely rude and took no accountability or try to accommodate me in any way, and she just walked off while I was still talking. I ended up checking out because of such poor service and stayed somewhere else. I will never book this place again.

Room was not clean, blinds were super dusty and smelled like smoke, bed is not comfortable and sheets were dirty. The towels in the bathroom all had long black hairs on them. Every single towel. The room had a fan in it to keep it cool that was insanely loud and kept me up all night. The check in system is totally flawed. We waited 20 minutes in the lobby to check in, while the attendant was on a lunch break at 7pm, then the dude had to take us up to our rooms to program the door codes. Would never recommend staying here to anyone.

I had to wait at least a half hour for someone at the desk to show up and give me access instructions. That could’ve been emailed to me prior to my arrival. There was a lot of noise from the nearby restaurant that made it difficult to sleep. Bed was not comfortable, too hard.
