I chose your property with the expectation of a comfortable and professional environment, yet several issues made my stay unnecessarily unpleasant and far below the standard your brand represents. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed several deficiencies. The room did not have a coffee maker, cups, or any means to prepare coffee or tea—basic amenities that are standard in most hotels. The comforter on the bed also had a noticeable cigarette burn, which was especially concerning given that the room was designated as non-smoking. In addition, there were no hangers to hang my clothes nor any space to properly store them, which created further inconvenience. Compounding these issues, the threshold seal at the bottom of the door was partially missing, allowing cold air to pour into the room throughout my stay. This made the room uncomfortable and raised clear concerns about upkeep and attention to detail. However, the most troubling incident occurred on the second day of my stay when the television stopped functioning in the evening. When I contacted the front desk, the manager on duty came to the room to assess the problem. Rather than offering assistance, she asked me, in a disrespectful tone, “What did you do to the television?” I found this question insulting, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate. Given the series of issues—ranging from unacceptable room conditions to poor customer service—I do not feel that the cost of my stay reflects the experience provided.

Parking was great, the room was updated, the bed was comfy. However, the window was just a few feet from another building, there was just one blanket on the bed, no comforter. Someone was very loud till 3:30 am, it sounds like they were moving and dropping furniture. The walls are very thin and you can hear and smell everything your neighbors do. It supposed to be non smoking room and yet someone in another room was smoking cigarettes and my room was filled with cigarette smoke... so, there was no sleeping that night.

This stay was not what we expected based on the photos. The only positives were the safe neighborhood and the secure parking — everything else fell short. The room’s AC unit looked decades old, full of dust, and it didn’t work at all. When we reported it, the staff didn’t respond until I contacted Expedia, and even then the issue wasn’t fixed. The room was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, and we had to manage with a small fan they provided for our two-night stay. On top of that, the mattress and bed covers released some kind of irritating dust or fibers that gave all of us itchy noses and made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
