Well, it suppose to have shuttle bus every 30mintues, we and other passengers arrived on time but no shuttle we have to get on other hotel’s shuttle, this is not right! I am not happy with that. If you can’t offer the service as you promised, then you should tell everyone upfront, we do have other options of hotel too!

The woman on check in was super rude and not helpful, everyone else was great The swimming pool area is under construction so it’s a little dingy The room is big and comfy, but the parking price is outrageous, almost $50 a night. IT IS A RACKET!

Technically, I would rate this a 3.5. The primary reason for not being a solid 4 stars is the water pressure in the sink was terrible (almost nonexistent). It made brushing our teeth a disgusting experience - we ended up using the tub. We only stayed 1 night - so we did not move rooms.Other than that - the restaurant staff was very courteous and hospitable (thus 4 stars).

Hotel was quiet, clean, and had great breakfast options. Parking is expensive compared to other hotels who do not charge, but overall it is a nice place to stay near the airport.

I had no hot water, I called front desk and they mentioned, maintenance had gone home for the evening. Next morning still no maintenance. I called front desk several times no answer. When I checked out they would not help since it was purchased through Expedia.
