Upon check in, I was required to put a deposit on my credit card. Ok, fine. A $100 hold after I prepaid the room. They upsold me on the room as well for an extra charge, noting that the room was not ready but the more expensive one was. Only to find out the TV was not working at all in the “better” room. called the front desk twice to no avail. They made the excuse that they were working on it. When all I wanted to do was relax and watch TV after my long trip.

The hotel doesnt have any drive thru to unpack luggage. You need to enter to a ticketed/gated parking lot, park your car, go inside to look for a cart, go back to the car, put the luggage, take it to your room and they’ll validate a 30mns pass to the parking lot. When you book a stay in a hotel the minimim you’ll expect is to have bell man services or at least a drive-thru wherenyou can unpack your stuff from your car.
