Well, it suppose to have shuttle bus every 30mintues, we and other passengers arrived on time but no shuttle we have to get on other hotel’s shuttle, this is not right! I am not happy with that. If you can’t offer the service as you promised, then you should tell everyone upfront, we do have other options of hotel too!

Was very clean, but the parking to me was overpriced and not really explained well other than that I enjoyed my day. I also don’t understand why we were charged extra for breakfast when it appears that everyone has access to the breakfast.

The room was in good condition, but about the size of a shoebox. It was an inside room, too, so no windows. Dark and claustrophobic. But best of all, we were next to the elevator— able to hear the “dings” and elevator doors opening and shutting all night long. The staff were courteous and helpful, though.
