Reaching the property to ask a question by phone was impossible… kept sending me to reservations who insisted they couldn’t help because I booked through Travelocity and they didn’t see a reservation with my name, phone # nor email. Tried to convince me to cancel Travelocity reservation and rebook directly with Hyatt (at a higher cost). Couldn’t get the info I wanted until at the property, which by then was too late…. Very unnerving for them to not locate Travelocity reservation. I believe Travelocity should provide two reservation numbers, the Travelocity # and the Hyatt reservation number.

I arrived at 10:30 Am and I asked for early check in the gentleman I don’t like to gives name told me to wait at least until 12:30 and made sense place was busy cause the nfl game What upset me was that at 11:39 I asked again to the same guy if anything was available and without even check his computer he says no! And he went for lunch break I guess or something So I dare to ask to a colleague of him tipping him 39 dollars asking the same question and he says yes we have a room available and gave me a room that was without any windows like a jail room so I went to him again and he kindly gave me a beautiful room on top floor! I mean so much efforts and dramas to have a check in earlier really disappointed it and not trustworthy! Also at the bar in the lobby for 3 times they charged me 18% gratuity including in my bills( as a single guest) i usually tip 20 all the time i own two restaurants i respect workers but the point is tha all the 3 times they just showed me the credit card receipt to sign were you can’t see that the 18% gratuity was already included so of course you tip extra! This happens 3 times in a day! I’m sorry it’s not about the gratuity it’s the principle and also is the way they did it ! In my opinion was a scam! And more than that all the employees at the bar told me was HYATT POLICY! And I worked for Hyatt and I know it’s not in the policy to scam people!! The managers should look and check better the employees cause they ruin the reputation of the brand! sad

It was a little of everything. Parking pricing for in and out privileges was not explained before and confusing and not ideal. One of The hotel check in staff was rude and did not help me understand parking and made comments that basically we “can take it or leave it” The room had a window covered with zero visibility that left me feeling claustrophobic. The shower water pressure was extremely rough and it felt like it was sand Sandblasting my body. Overall a rough stay.
