Reaching the property to ask a question by phone was impossible… kept sending me to reservations who insisted they couldn’t help because I booked through Travelocity and they didn’t see a reservation with my name, phone # nor email. Tried to convince me to cancel Travelocity reservation and rebook directly with Hyatt (at a higher cost). Couldn’t get the info I wanted until at the property, which by then was too late…. Very unnerving for them to not locate Travelocity reservation. I believe Travelocity should provide two reservation numbers, the Travelocity # and the Hyatt reservation number.

The mattress and pillows are comfortable specially after an all day flight it was great. The Hotel is nice, rooms are large, airport transportation was good for us as is close to the airport and this was just an overnight stay. Originally we stayed closer to the center when we first arrived for 2 nights before flying to Japan. This is about 30-40 minites away. The only bad thing I have to say is that we could not get a live person to answer the phone when we called after midnight to get the wifi password, or to advised that the soap dispenser in the shower was not working, but we finally got it to work.

We waited 50 minutes for the Hyatt Place shuttle from the airport and then took a shuttle to another hotel nearby. They need to have more frequent reliable shuttle service
