Reaching the property to ask a question by phone was impossible… kept sending me to reservations who insisted they couldn’t help because I booked through Travelocity and they didn’t see a reservation with my name, phone # nor email. Tried to convince me to cancel Travelocity reservation and rebook directly with Hyatt (at a higher cost). Couldn’t get the info I wanted until at the property, which by then was too late…. Very unnerving for them to not locate Travelocity reservation. I believe Travelocity should provide two reservation numbers, the Travelocity # and the Hyatt reservation number.

I was moving across the world and this was the perfect place for my dog and I to stay for one week in LA. The hotel has a great vibe. Staff were super friendly! Gym was clean and new. Pool was relaxing with cabanas. Room was great floor to ceiling windows overlooking the airport on floor 14. Food was a hit and miss in the restaurant but the breakfast for $11 in the mornings was great and very worth the money. Thank you Cory at the front desk for the great hospitality on check in. There's a free shuttle bus to LAX at back of hotel super easy. Great lawn out front for my dog to get some air. The area is by lax - not the safest saw some crazy homeless people when I was walking my dog but you'll be safe at the hotel there's enough light and people around. The only real downside to the hotel was the inability to drive up to the hotel door which meant walking with all my stuff from the drive connected to sonnesta hotel so if you have luggage prepare to walk a little bit (not far) I would definitely come and stay again :) !!
