Reaching the property to ask a question by phone was impossible… kept sending me to reservations who insisted they couldn’t help because I booked through Travelocity and they didn’t see a reservation with my name, phone # nor email. Tried to convince me to cancel Travelocity reservation and rebook directly with Hyatt (at a higher cost). Couldn’t get the info I wanted until at the property, which by then was too late…. Very unnerving for them to not locate Travelocity reservation. I believe Travelocity should provide two reservation numbers, the Travelocity # and the Hyatt reservation number.

Our stay was for one night. Our room didn’t have a window with view as it was frosted this felt claustrophobic. The shower head needs to be adjusted as the stream is very harsh. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We weren’t aware that we had to pay for parking on the property. We had a validation pass from the hotel, which we thought meant no payment for parking. Apparently that’s just so you don’t get towed. You still have to pay for parking on the property. Just wish we would’ve known that in advance.. Other than that, everything was good.

I did not take the airport shuttell. The breakfast buffet was rather meagre and the food was not very good--for instance, the bacon was not edible and the bagels were not good. Other Hyatts I have been at had (e.g., a Hyatt House in Rancho Cordova and one in Emeryville) had sumptuous breakfast buffets on Sunday mornings. This one was barely passable. The room was fine, though there was only _one_ wastebasked--the one in the bathroom.
