"The room stunk so bad I couldn’t sleep!!! It was an old musty carpet smell. I even tried to spray Lysol but it only helped for about 5 minutes. I told the gentleman at the front desk and all he had to say was sorry I will tell my manager. Do not stay at this hotel it was truly gross!!!"

"They had one parking lot attendant many times with 20 to 30 people waiting on cars to be delivered. Sofa had body fluid on it. It was filthy, the mattress was disgustingly lumpy bad and old. "The front desk staff at night and during the day upon checkout were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. Our original hotel was oversold and the front desk staff at that “unnamed” hotel just a few blocks away were awful and rude. It was a welcoming experience to come to this hotel and be greeted pleasantly and with a warm smile. Really appreciative of this after what was a long day of travel and confusion. Thank you, and I’d have no hesitation of recommending this hotel to my friends."
