The bathrooms could use a touch up, the light didnt work all the time and it has no circulation so it gets very muggy and mildewed in the room after a shower. And the keys frequently stop working when you leave the premises. Other than that this was good for me. My second time staying here. More than likely when i visit again ill come back to this place.

Had a lovely stay while in town for a concert. Convenient to the iThink Amphitheatre, as it's a relatively easy drive to/from. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. Will definitely return if I'm back in the area.

The carpets in common areas and especially in the room needs to be shampooed.& the a/c ducts needs to clean. The back / side door from the parking area nothing to desired, just too ghetto people hanging out smoking and sitting around, looks like a street corner or streets with junkies. That entrance area need a better way life not because it’s the cheapest, but because it’s at a very good location. And it’s also a conference center not a motel!!!!!

It looks like a double building high rise like Willis towers in Chicago, or for a higher power the Khalifa in Dubai and even better could be like the Cadillac Westin tower hotel in Detroit.

Our check in experience was very nice.. most hotel employee staff were very nice! Housekeeping banging on your door at 9am when you don’t have to be out til 11am was ridiculous and uncalled for, plus we asked for 2 new towels and we’re keeping 2 others.. they removed all the towels and left 2, no hand towels and didn’t replenish toilet paper after we asked for another roll. Shower area looked like it was under construction that never got finished, we had a balcony room that the handle was removed so you couldn’t open the door! AC unit would turn off on its own and wasn’t even chilly, all while it’s 92 degrees outside.

This property was just so dirty. There were stains on the carpets, it smelled dirty and moist. The tub flooring didn’t feel safe to stand on. The 3 nights i stayed, it was soooo loud in the hallway around 11:30-12 AM. I was here for a school conference for the weekend, and will not be staying here next time.

The room was very large, the only thing is every time you want to get in your room after leaving for a day you had to go to get the keys redone which was annoying so imagine being there for a month and you say something to the staff and the bluntly tell you they don’t care. The air conditioner in the room was very loud you couldn’t hear it the tv. The facility says it’s non smoking but you wake up to smoke smell.

As we checked in, there were many people hanging out in the parking lot and a very stong smell of pot. We proceeded to check in and were told at the desk that they were at capacity so if we needed anything we wouldn't get it. I asked if the room was clean because she made it sound like we got the last room in the place . she said if the tv didnt work or we needed more towels, etc she couldn't accommodate us. We went to our room and luckily, but also to our surprise, the tv was already on - well it worked at least. There was a big glob of hair in the shower and there wasn't a store or gas station easily or safely accessible. I do not recommend this hotel. The pictures online looked way better than it was. very disappointing stay!

I was overcharged and still am waiting for the refund, after rudely being told that I wasn't and then they tried to charge more money. Hallways smelled like smoke. Great location. Debbie was very professional and nice.
