No Hot Water - But a beautiful view
This is a beautiful cozy 2 bedroom home with a great view. However, we had no hot water during our stay. we contacted the management company. They indicated that someone would come out and fix the problem. No one came (or if they did come while we were out) it did not rectify the situation. It was a quick "staycation" kind of trip. it was very disappointing not to be able to shower for two days.

Amazing Property
I would say it was better than the online photos. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with access to the beach. The views were spectacular. There is no air conditioning but the ocean breezes made it quite comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Elevated ocean view
Cute property. Near beach but not easy access. Very long hike, includes staircase, down to the water. Not for anyone with health issues. We had no hot water when we arrived so had to contact Vacasa. Found out this was a problem in the past so the heater had to be replaced. Eventually it was solved. The home is roomy and we really liked it. My one piece of advise is to provide more bath towels. Quiet neighborhood, met very nice folks whenever we were outside.

Wonderful property with poor management
This is a spectacular property: easy walk to beautiful beach and outstanding view from property. The home is managed by VACASA which negatively impacted our stay. We were unable to reach this company for over 24 hours: they provided incorrect internet info which was easily remedied once we were able to speak to representative. Also lost hot water in bathroom and shower which was not remedied until the end of our stay. We would consider other properties in this area but not with this vendor.

Great place!
Gorgeous views! Never minded the walk down to the beach, worth it several times each day. Peaceful and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the cookware in the near future. Everything was wonderful!
