Great value for a place in Foggy Bottom, easy walk to Metro. Thumbs up on bed, shower, storage, general comfort. Small gym but the equipment is good quality. Didn’t need much service, but what I had was great. However, there were intermittent problems with hot water, which they were working on. (Didn’t interfere with morning shower time.) Some construction noise one morning may have been related to that. Also the heat/AC unit is noisy.

The room was old but clean, several things in the room did not work like on one side of the bed double outlet and usb plugs did not work. The heater fan was very noisy when kicked on, sounded like a tractor parked in our room, and when you laid down to sleep and it was very quiet in the room it was very loud then.

Hotel has a main street entrance and a less-busy welcome guest entrance on a small alley type street that opens directly to the front desk. Room was clean, bath was great, bed was comfortable. A good number of products (food, beverages, snacks) are for sale in an open area just within the side entrance. This was a great stay for the money during a snowy week in DC

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and nicely decorated as well as super comfortable. A few complaints is the parking… they charge $50 for valet parking… if a guest is staying at your hotel parking should be free! Also I feel like the staff were not very friendly at all. Lastly, they had the entire building on heat and it got super hot and it didn’t allow me to change from heat to air.. they just said turn the heat off and open the window.. that was kinda weird to me.
