Comfortable and clean. Quiet (at least on the top floor). I stayed one night for a work conference and when I arrived early, they had a room available for early check in, which was helpful. The hotel is walkable from the convention center and not far from many food options.

The room was clean but very spartan. The bedsheets were pulled way too tight. It was like the episode of Seinfeld where I couldn’t get my feet inside. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast menu doesn’t have much selection and the food was so so. Overall, its cleanliness and excellent customer service has earned my return business.

I had a great time at Washington Plaza Hotel. It stayed very spotless and clean. When I visit Washington D.C again, I will stay there again for sure. The balcony view was outstanding and it is just something that is near everything walking distance. I can’t give you one complaint about it. Maybe no miceowave is the only downfall but other than that. There is not anything you can complain about.
