Located near metro and popular sites. Enjoyed our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The one con would be the window shades. We prefer black out blinds or curtains and it felt like everyone could see you.

A little disappointed. Cleaning staff did not refill mini bar; toilet paper; and coffee properly. The last day did not even clean room. Calls to front desk were met with delayed service. Service in restaurant was slow. It would begin well but waiters eventually lost interest in refills etc.Food was excellent. The room was small and awkward layout.

Location was perfect for sightseeing. There are 2 CVS stores and a liquor store on 14th St. We felt very safe in the area. Check in was a breeze. Only issue was our room cleaner kept replenishing our coffee pods with Decaf and there was no regular tea - in the scheme of things not a biggie. I would recommend this hotel.
