No valet and self parking requires you ask the front desk to open the garage door every time you need to come or go. Additionally, they call full size beds "queens".

We planned this trip as part of a Christmas gift to our children. Having an indoor pool, along with the proximity to museum, monuments, etc. was of utmost importance. We booked our room in October. Apparently, in November, the hotel started remodeling the lobby, restaurant, and pool. We were unaware of this until we checked in. (And at that point...what could we do?) The hotel staff would not adjust our bill (except for the breakfast that we had already purchased as part of our room rate & was now being given to guests for free because of the remodeling issue). Travelocity & Hilton had both my email address and phone numbers. They should have/could have let us know about the pool (and restaurant) situation PRIOR to check-in. Or offered a substantial discount at check-in. We could have stayed in another hotel - without an indoor pool - for half the price.

One of the days while we were staying was chilly and rainy. We loved coming back to the hotel in the afternoon to warm cookies & hot chocolate! The crushed peppermint was great in the hot chocolate. Sometimes it’s the little things that count. Overall, friendly staff, nice rooms and great location if you’re visiting Washington, DC.

The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was kind and very helpful! The room was clean. The free WiFi was terrible. It made it difficult to plan the next day. A lot of our planning involved downloaded apps. If we wanted to pay extra, the WiFi was probably better.

great location. I've had better service at most other Hilton's. I asked for feather free bedding and the gentlemen who answered said he'll see what he can do but didn't sound confident. Never called me back nor brought down free pillows.

Across the street from Metro. Very walkable to sites in DC. Fairly barebones hotel, but spacious room that was very clean. Would stay again. Priced very reasonably for DC.

DC Vacation

The location was great. We could walk to many of the sites. The staff was friendly, the service was great. The room was beautiful.
