Unfortunately When I arrived at the hotel I was told the room isn’t ready. I had to Waite until 7pm to check in. The Shower didn’t work. The room was cleaned Only once in the entire time I stayed. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Thanks for the unpleasant stay and not to mention waist of my money.

I requested at the reception during check in that I want my room to be clean every day,but they never clean I was disappointed. I even spoke cleaning lady. I never expected Hilton without 2 botteles of water in the room as complemetery. We travel the world.

Paid parking at the side of the Retreat building at 28.00 per night is absolutely insane visiting a property they should accomodate their guests. Bathroom tub gross. Behind furniture not clean. You should expect more from a property with the Hiltons name on it. I guess when your wealthy you do not care about your hotels and guests.

I can’t speak for the main tower of the Hilton but the “retreat” building is run down & dirty. Our room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. I’m assuming this room is a “smoking” room which is why there is a balcony. We were not told this when we booked and were disgusted by the heavy smell of old cigarettes. This is definitely something that needs to be explained to guests when choosing a room. Besides the smell, there were those thousand leggier bugs in our bathroom and the bath tub wouldn’t drain. Whenever we showered, the rub would fill half way and we would have to stand in the slimy tub to shower. Very disappointed in this stay especially considering the price we paid. Would not recommended this hotel to friends staying in the area.

Loved the property and people there. Room was nice. My only complaint is the elevators - even with four of them you will have to wait for a lift and sometimes quite for a while.

No complimentary breakfast. One resturaunt, limited menu and overpriced. We are elderly and they put us in a room that was in an adjacent building and a 10 minute walk away from the lobby and resturant.Won't go to Hilton again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the Metro was helpful..
