However, the room smelled musty, a lamp light bulb didn't work, the iron had a faulty cable, and when I requested a replacement, it was not delivered in time for me to use it. In addition, the bathroom didn't have handsoap. I would not call this a 4-star hotel.

We had an end room with a balcony and it was huge with gorgeous views. So many amenities and options for all ages. You never have to leave the hotel, which is good because parking is NOT easy. You must Valet and it is expensive. Front desk staff was amazing from check in to making sure we received our Omni credit to having change for the Valet. Gardens around the property are a must see. The gym, pools and spa are lovely. Elevators are old and small but the stairs are right next to them so you decide what works. There is a barista on site if you do not want the traditional breakfast. We will be back.

The room was very nice but smelled a bit musty. We were three people and no new soap was provided for the second day, so we ran out. It was a good thing I had brought my own!
