Very nice staff. Very clean room. Box breakfast and coffee in the morning included. Nice location close enough to walk from Amtrak and Hard Rock

I liked that the pool was open at 6:00 am. The free breakfast is amazing. And it is in a perfect location- close to downtown at Gallery Place and the White House

I loved the fact that they have a complimentary happy hour with snacks. The staff were very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was incredible , very friendly and efficient they did everything possible to make this a great stay. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean, a good size and comfortable. The main areas of the hotel are beautiful and well kept. The evening reception was very well done, snacks where kept stocked and loved the specialty drinks that where offered that was a nice touch. We will be staying at this property for our next visit for sure.

Loved the clean rooms and availability of checking in early (even at a fee). I was however disappointed that there were no ice tongs or plastic bags in the trash cans (seemed pretty unsanitary).
