This was a family trip and we were more than pleased with the amenities and the convenient location we were able to walk to places, metro was available close by and we had a disable person with us the hotel is very good with the accomodation for mobility scooter and walker in the room. Great food, service just the only thing night crew can be a little better but over all this was a great experience.

Ours was a family vacation, this hotel offered accommodations for everyone to enjoy our time there. Location was great you can walk to popular places or to bus/metro station. Breakfast has great options. Day Staff was great really friendly and always helpful. night staff is another story.

We enjoyed our stay. We walked to some monuments and enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The breakfast had a large variety of options and the room was clean. Our only complaint was the elevators are always packed or don’t come. A few times they brought us up instead of down or down instead of up. Using key cards to move between floors does ensure security but it makes it uncomfortable in crowded elevators to scan card each time. Overall a very nice stay though and would return! Just have to come ready for the stairs if the elevators are still in poor condition!

Booked through Travelocity at the amount posted as book now pay later. My fault for not checking the amount on the confirmation bc it booked at the regular rates at the hotel. Travelocity says it's the hotels fault and hotel says it's Travelocity fault. So i got stuck paying @300.00 more for our stay. I was not expecting over 700.00 for the hotel. Nice hotel but not worth over 700.00 for 2 nights. And you could tell by the look on their faces at check in, including the manager, they knew exactly what was going on. I won't stay there again.

A few issues with room- drawers wouldn't stay shut (tripping hazard) and bathroom mirror peeling off, elevators taking so long- then going wrong direction upon entering -!but staff was amazing - so nice and friendly!

Wanted to be close to the capitol mall and this met that criteria but otherwise was disappointed. Proximity to the freeway makes those rooms VERY loud. They did move us after two nights and it was better. Breakfast area is too small for the number of guests and almost always had a line running out of food, dishes and utensils. There are almost no dining areas around the hotel other than a subway that closes early so be aware and plan ahead.

Good location - eating options not great in the ho
Nice hotel. Breakfast a bit limited, but adequate. Within walking distance of the mall and other attractions. Limited immediate public transport options - 10-15 minute walk for metro/most bus routes. Eating in the hotel at night is essentially non existent, but quayside again quite close - 15 minute walk.

All employees were very friendly and helpful when necessary. It was clean and comfortable. There was however, a fire in the hotel while we were there. Room alarms were not working! We were alerted by a person from our group when she called me because she couldn't find us outside. We never heard an alarm until we left our room (only in stairwell)to head outside. I'm pretty sure a lot of the hotel residents were not even aware of the fire. Could have been a completely different outcome had the fire been worse...
