Please keep in mind that when reserving a room you are requesting a room type and we look to fulfill that request upon your arrival. We do not pre-assign Guest rooms. Room type requests are allotted on a first come, first serve basis, so when the hotel fills up quickly, we are sometimes not able to dole out the room that was requested. We are sorry that we were not able to secure a room with a city view for you this time around, but we hope we will be able to provide you with one in the future. The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was excellent and attentive. I liked the hotel overall; however, there was no coffeemaker or microwave in the room. The room also did not have a refrigerator in the room that could be used. The only refrigerator in the room was the minibar, which was prohibited from usage for guests food and drink items.

Good hotel but we missed a pool to enjoy the free time remaining. Staff perfect, soliciting concierge. The hotel is close to everything making the trip easy and full of joy.

Didn't like that we didn't have a view, only the view of the back of the building..the bed was kinda stiff but big and the bathroom was clean.

Nice hotel with taxi's always outside. It's close to Metro station. Navigating is confusing until you realize 15th St. has 2 parts. There is nowhere near to eat a reasonably priced meal after 4:00 pm though.

Good location and nice hotel but they should improve service. For example there was no coffee machine in the room and/or in the lobby. I feel that is something pretty basic for a hotel of this category.
