"Great hotel, decorated sophisticatedly, excellent, very clean and high spec rooms, especially good shower, excellent hot pool area, excellent restaurant, although the menu is a bit limited and a bit expensive, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The drawbacks were that all the rooms seem to be very overlooked by other rooms because of the hotel's layout, there was nowhere to have your suitcases in your room and the tea and coffee arrangements were unnecessarily fussy and difficult...who pours milk from a small thin storage jar which doesn't have a pouring spout? We loved the complimentary bus tickets into town and loved the town itself, which is busy with lots of tourists but in a nice, not an annoying way."

"Love this hotel so much! The only reason I gave them a 4 stars instead of a 5 was because the AC was directly blowing beside me and it was hard to adjust it. Also, the pillows were very soft that it goes flat while sleeping and it was very uncomfortable to me. Overall, would recommend. Very convenient location. Very clean. It was wonderful."

"We loved loved loved this place. Very close to everything downtown, the roof top got tubs were amazing and the mountain views were incredible. We got a room on the 2nd floor of the property and the room was very clean and the hotel itself had a charming vibe. The ROAM bus stop right in front of the hotel was a big plus. I would stay here in a heartbeat when I next visit banff"

"Room was nice. Recently remodeled but already a little wear and tear in the bathroom trim. Good location downtown but off the main avenue. Basement parking was convenient, but only one elevator. We often took the stairs from the third floor. Did not eat at the restaurants. Seemed geared towards older guests. Would stay again, but would also consider other options."
