"Our stay at Hotel Canoe & Suites was absolutely fantastic. The hotel perfectly blends modern comfort with the beauty of the Canadian Rockies. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and eager to help make our trip memorable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after long days exploring Banff. The mountain atmosphere throughout the property was incredible, creating a peaceful and relaxing escape. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot pools. Soaking while surrounded by stunning mountain views was the perfect way to unwind each evening. The hotel’s location was also excellent—close enough to downtown Banff for convenience, yet far enough away to feel quiet and relaxing. Every area of the property was well maintained, and the attention to detail was noticeable throughout our stay. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, beautiful scenery, and excellent amenities made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would highly recommend Hotel Canoe & Suites to anyone visiting Banff. It exceeded our expectations in every way and played a huge role in making our trip unforgettable. "Two nights in a very beautiful location. Parking for our Tesla was perfect. They have normal electric plugs where we parked and plugged our mobile charger over night. There were also 30 amp RV type plugs that would have been great to use if I had had my adapter. The chalets are older, but that’s the charm. They were clean and a little worn but we really enjoyed our stay. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. If you expect a 5 star resort, this isn’t your place. If you want to feel like you are in the 1950s in grandpa’s cabin in a gorgeous location, then this is your place."
