Privacy. The way the property is designed, we werent looking onto ither people's decks. The view was gorgeous, the fireplace was awesome and the heated floor in the bathroom was heavenly with the clawfoot tub. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The staff were respectful and gave us the freesom to do as we please.

Nice accommodation however there was a huge difference between my room and my sisters as she had a newer room and I seem to have one of the unfurnished ones. It all needed an upgrade and wasn’t worth what we paid for the 4 days we were there. Hot tub was great and staff also fantastic.

Excellent stay. But the best part was: I accidentally left a folder in my room that included my passport and considerable money. I did not know I had left it there until Tina called me and said one of the employees had found it. By this time we were in Jasper and decided to pick it up several days later when we were again passing through Banff, which we did. But if Tina had not called I likely would not have known I did not have my passport until I reached for it at the airport and found it was not there. The thoughtfulness of Tina and staff was indeed very impressive!

We were very pleased with the staff and the newly upgraded King room. The process from start to finish was smooth. They upgraded our room when they knew it was our anniversary and also checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Banff. The room was comfortable, however, no mini fridge or complementary water to use the provide coffee machine. The outdoor hot tub was nice and relaxing but unfortunately not hot enough. Overall a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Great location. Easy access to Banff if required. Regular bus service into town to save on parking. Staff were great at check-in and in the restaurant. Food is amazing in there and the cocktails aren’t bad either wink!

Loved that it was away from town and more situated in the mountains. The fireplaces in the room were exactly what we wanted. And it was so awesome not to have to pay for firewood. They provided kindling and firewood for us whenever necessary
