The best thing about this hotel is the location - right at the base of the mountains. In the morning, we saw elk outside of our room! So cool! Our room was comfortable, clean and had a wood-burning fireplace, which was a really nice touch. Firewood was provided at no extra charge. Our room was located right above the sauna and steam room, so our room was very warm. There were fans provided, but we had to sleep with our windows open. That being said, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice comfortable clean pet friendly room with mountain view. The pool/lobby area could use some renovating. The pool could use some brighter lightning as it was a bit dark after nightfall. There is some water damage in areas toward the change rooms and general area around. Needs some TLC. The resort was quite and the staff was great.

Came here for my honeymoon, it was such a perfect stay. The staff are so lovely, our room was amazing. Big kitchen for those who don’t want to eat out all the time, very nice fireplace, super comfy beds. Highly recommend!

The room had a very strong smoky smell from the fireplace from the revious occupant and we had to open up the doors but the smell was still there and left me with not only a bad sore throat but a cough throughout the night.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Property itself is dated, cleanliness was ok, bathroom was small no counter space. Smoke detector came on at 4:45am telling us to test the battery so that was a little jarring. That was the room they moved us to because the first one we checked into smelled like acidity vomit, but we did appreciate being moved. The bus route was convenient and easy to use which was nice and you can’t beat the scenery, however we probably wouldn’t book there again.

Very pretty interior, looks lux and very comfy beds and toilets. With good water pressure. Dishwasher pods are available - very thoughtful. Comes with complimentary bus shuttle tickets though we didn't use it. We really liked this accommodation and would highly recommend to friends and family.
