I am not sure why it mentions there is Air conditioning while it's not. Also the Gym equipments are really old and some of them are even broken with almost no ventilation. Only one Fan is there. Regarding the room, I liked that there was a Kitchen but again poor ventilation.

Girls hiking week
The hotel was exactly what we needed it to be. We appreciated the kitchenette emensly. The hotel provided Roam transit tickets were a huge benefit. They saved us a ton of time, money and hassle. The hotel was quiet and clean.

Location was convenient with free bus ticket for bus into Downtown. Efficient, friendly staff. Room was smaller than anticipated. Surprised there was no air conditioning and no door leading upto loft bedroom. Temperature was uncomfortable at times in the height of summer.

We had a lovely 4 days/3 nights stay! Highly recommend the Superior Suite. We had a kitchenette and was very convenient. Room was spacious and very clean. Will definitely consider booking again when we return in Banff.
