Had to change rooms twice. Chlorine level in pool was excessively high it was so bad your eyes would burn and you could taste the chlorine . Staff refused to help. First room had window frozen open. Front desk staff didn’t want to assist and tried to use the excuse of too many bathers. It was bad enough they had to close the pool. Staff is dishonest and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there till they fix their issues. Asked for a manager and no one would connect with us. More to say but will leave it at that for now

The hotel staff were amazing. I was celebrating my birthday they gave me a free bottle of champagne on the house. The room was clean however I do think it needs a face lift.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rundle suite faced Banff Avenue and had an expansive window so you could take in an incredible Mountain View. Great suggestion to upgrade by Clara. Zac also took time to help us find a great room for our adult children. Located a short distance from the main shopping area which made it less congested and noisy I thought.

Always love coming here. The rooms are all excellent, the staff are the most friendly and accomodating, and the bus pass is everything we could want. I can't forget to mention the free hot pool and sauna either. Will be back again!

What a wonderful property! Stayed for 4 nights. The service and food was spot on. I'd say it's located perfectly within shopping (downtown) as it's a very enjoyable walk to and from hotel (about a mile or so).

Excellent hotel with great facilities and walking distance into town although bus ticket provided. I found it quicker to walk at times as the buses were not very frequent. Room was big and clean but the lighting was poor, no main light and lamps did not provide adequate light.

The room was nice a bit outdated at for example the door of bathroom. The room Was a bit outdated as well. But good and clean. We upgraded to a room with balcony but that was a bad view looking into the next hotel parking and rooms. All in all a nice hotel but over priced. It was clean and no noise and yes I would stay here again for a cheaper rate.
