The only complaint I had was that our bed sheets were not changed daily. In fact, I had to ask to have them changed after they weren't for two days.

We couldn’t make our reservation because of the widespread computer glitch. The property was very nice about providing a refund.

Painless check in and parking. Quiet place Our room did have a musky smell the first day. But otherwise it was clean and a big room. A bit pricey

Lovely hotel about a 10 minute walk into the shopping/restaurant area. Facilities were great and room lovely. Breakfast was a little expensive for what it is (buffet) but no other complaints - would definitely recommend.

I loved my stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the location is perfect, and the underground parking garage was very convenient. The dining options are great too - I was able to get breakfast downstairs every morning before going out on hikes and dinner was also very good. The concierge set up a shuttle for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake on short notice which eliminated a ton of potential stress. I definitely plan on coming back to Banff and staying again!

It was ok. Booked a room worh a fireplace that was not provided. Was rated a 4 star hotel but ive stayed in significantly nicer 3 star hotels outside the banff area. Beds were comfortable and staff at reception was nice. Not worth the amount you pay in my opinion.
