"The first front desk representative wasn't in the greatest mood but she was helpful you could tell she wasn't feeling good she went home early. The second front desk I had to get help with because the first room I was checked into had a very slow leak in the bathtub and I wanted to change rooms. I was having company so I didn't want that to be an issue. He was able to switch me rooms but when I got to the second room something happened with the AC so I had to ask him to help me out. He was helpful so I gave him a little tip. The state was average the beds were comfy the shower was hot but the creaky floors upstairs was an issue. I was on the third floor so the rooms above me on the 4th floor you can hear every step all night. I'm hoping I can get some resolution with my stay since it was an excellent."
