Got a non smoking room.(most rooms are). But so many people smoke in the building it doesn’t matter, horrible smoke smell throughout. Hallways and common areas dirty and gross. Rooms walls were dirty, and bathroom looks like they ran out of money on the remodel 10 years ago. Old,peeling paint, old fixtures, loose shower rod, door did not close. Only reason it didn’t get a worse review, is surprisingly, no bed bugs.

Within two minutes of being there and using the restroom there was a cockroach crawling past me as i was going pee. The non smoking room i reserved smelt like nothing but smoke. The bathtub was stained black and filthy. I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and a cockroach crawled across my foot. My husband and my 3 month old son get a rash from being at this place for maybe 8 hours so we could sleep. The manager refused to come out and speak to me and used her staff to handle her problems. Very filthy inside and out. We woke up to police megaphones outside the hotel. I would never step foot on this property again.

I was locked out of my room for 45 minutes with my friend who is temporarily crippled I had to carry her upstairs and they had to go through a latter to get out things back and then had to bring her back down stairs so we could get a different room that had less amenities like a refrigerator or a microwave.

They charged a $60 deposit which I understand but it had to be in cash which is weird cuz I could understand why it could be placed on my debit , there was a wet dirty towel on top of the bed and all the towels there were stained and dirty. The blankets had cigarette burns and walking up to are room there was 4 large trash bags next to the stairs.

I was absolutely disgusted at this hotel. The continental breakfast that was listed--not a thing. The rooms were TERRIBLE. My shower had a hole in the wall of it--a HOLE. The microwave didn't have a turntable. The electrical outlets did not have plates covering them--hazard! AND in the 2 days I was there before checking out early, I saw cockroaches 4 different times. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Not to mention the filthy carpets and the maintenance workers painting hallways and drilling in the hallways until well after 10pm. Throw in the sirens and LOUDLY barking dogs from pet allowed rooms and smoke from smoking rooms--you have a whirlwind of a disaster.

The property is a bit rundown. Though the flooring in the room is not carpet, my feet were black because of the dirt on the floor. Though the staff were nice, I requested extra towels and called several times before the towels were delivered. The door on the back side of the facility is not a good functioning door. Another person staying there spent several minutes just to get the door to open.
