Customer service was the best!
Our stay was riugh because we were dealing with a death in the famy. Nobody at the hotel knew that, but their customer service shined like they did know. I appreciate the cleanliness, care upon check in and the beat breakfast EVER at a hotel! Dulce went above and beyond!

The heat didn't work properly in the room, in spite of having the heat seta as high as it would go, it never achieved warming the room adequately. Also there were a few burned out light bulbs throughout the room and bathroom.
