Lousy Place to stay

No coffee maker, no microwave, fridge was old and compressor was loud and ran all the time. Plumbing was old and hard to use. Toilet was not bolted down and almost fell over when sat on. Very old and not updated in years. Advertised a laundry available but that was a lie. Had a window no lobby. I was on third floor no elevator and 5 times I got to room and card did not work had to walk back down ring bell and wait for someone to come to window then reactivate card. Staff was rude and would barely look at you if you talked to them. Worse motel I ever stayed at. I can still list more things but why

I booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Expedia, but what I got was nothing like what was advertised. The room was outdated, not properly cleaned, and clearly not maintained. It was honestly uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The listing was incredibly misleading. Had I known the real condition of the room, I would’ve gladly paid the extra $45–$55 to stay at one of the well-known hotel chains just across the street. At least there, you know what to expect in terms of cleanliness and quality. Very disappointed with this experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Expedia should really reconsider allowing such misleading listings

Good hotel to stay with pets

Easy check in and best of all my pets stayed free! Could do with upgrades all around but for the affordability it was a great price! Noisy neighbors but again you get what you paid for. Thank you for your hospitality Palms Inn.
