Just before checking in, we received a message that the hot tub was out of order. Life happens, so it is something beyond their control, but disappointing. Went to the front desk to ask for ice, and was informed that the machine was empty. This is my second stay in a year, and both times they had no ice. When I inquired about an option for ice, the front desk clerk told me I could walk to Save-on-Foods and buy ice. I understand it is not her fault that the machine was not producing ice, however, being told to walk and buy ice was unacceptable. I asked for a late check out the following day, just by one hour. The front desk clerk, told me she could only do 30 minutes. I was hoping because of the inconvenience of the hot tub and ice, that they would be more accommodating with a one hour late checkout. The bathroom was not the cleanest in our room. While it had been cleaned, there were many random hairs in the tub. I find that very disgusting. Very disappointing overall.
