Room was great with nice view and nice layout BUT, parking was awful and steep access in front and back. Jacuzzi in room was filthy with scum and globs of hair. TV channels were scarce and no streaming, so no option to sit back and relax and watch a movie. Breakfast was way worse than a Super 8

There were quite a few deficiencies with our room (fireplace didn't work and other maintenance issues) but they gave us a discount when we reported these on check out. The pool was fun and breakfast was good.

Room great, building great, absolutely lovely. … hot breakfast was so-so (bacon, sausages, eggs good… but soggy waffles and home fries). the killer, the thing that would prevent me from staying again… hot water. That is pretty fundamental in century 21. Are they trying to save on the gas bill, hiring a bad plumber?
