Very cozy Inn… the lodge in the lobby is very inviting with the free beverages (tea, coffee, apple cider) & fruits- its a nice place to sit & hangout. I don’t think I saw that advertised when I booked our hotel- so it was a nice surprise. We got a room with a balcony facing the mountains… it’s got a lovely view especially at night when the trees lit up with the lights- it was very festive. It was a nice stay… my only complaints would be: the water pressure was low, from flushing of the toilet to the shower. There was no conditioner… and the temperature in the room was always too hot- even when we had the thermostat off & so was the fireplace… the room was somehow still @ 24.5°C for some reason- there must be central heating or something.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a bit off, smell dusty/musty. And the lamp is covering the wall frame that it bothers if someone who is an ocd. Need a touch of interior designing. Overall, it was great. We like to spend time in the lobby area for games and relaxing. Please have more board games and good books. 😊

On Expedia website ‘To-Go’ breakfast was mentioned as $5/person- one of the reasons I decided to book this hotel for my family. Later realized breakfast was for $7.99/ plus tax for each person which was disappointing.
