We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again. Our kids made full use of the recreation facilities--they are already begging to go back. Also, it was very nice to have a full kitchen. The place was a little older and weathered--there were definitely signs of its age, but I expected that given the price point. Overall, I have no complaints. It was the perfect place to stay while exploring Banff.

Nice location, easy transportation. We were given free Roam Transit passes. The bus stop is right outside the resort. Property is nice and the layout is great. Nice views of the mountains. The rooms are VERY dates and while not that important, there were things in disrepair. Creases in the middle of the living room carpet were a trip hazard. The laminate on the counter top missing completely on one edge and held on by clear tape in the corner. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. We also had to buy an air freshener as the odour in the room was unpleasant. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was handy having a coffee maker and free coffee. We appreciated the walkout patio. The bed was comfortable. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious. This is a great resort for families as they have a play place and indoor waterslide. If they just do some maintenance to spruce things up and do a DEEP clean in all corners, etc, it would greatly improve things. Staff was very nice and helpful. Check in was good too.

Room was nice and warm, and staff seemed friendly at the front desk. The toilet wasnt very clean in the room, and the elevator was a bit concerning and clunky like it needed repairs. Altough hotel is getting a bit on the older side it was a good place to stay and prices more resonable than others. Bed was conformable.

Property was just ok, very tired, worn, dark apartment and the sofa bed was not comfortable. It was clean enough though and served our purposes for a 1 night stay where we were only in the room to sleep after a busy day and an early departure the following morning. Receptionist could not have been less interested and it took an age to check-in. The printer wasnt working which didnt help. Kids seemed to enjoy the pool and outdoor hot tub so that was a plus. There was also a lovely bar/restaurant across the way (possibly part of the neighbouring complex) which was super friendly with brilliant food and lovely atmosphere.

The suite had lots of space for us and our two kids, it was great having the loft area for them and our own bedroom plus the living area. The full Kitchen was good. The kids loved the waterslides. The Chalet is a bit worn down and both indoor and outdoor areas have quite a bit of wear and tear. The staff were friendly and prompt and helpful.
